Send Pix payouts
Create a payout safely and track it until its final state.
Payouts move available balance to a Pix destination and should always be initiated from a trusted backend.
Before creating a payout
Validate the destination and amount in your own business flow, check available balance and require the appropriate internal authorization.
Create once, retry safely
Use an idempotency key derived from your payout record. If the request times out, retry with the same key rather than creating a second operation.
Track the result
Store the returned public id and follow status changes through webhooks or a targeted lookup. Do not treat request acceptance as final settlement.
Warning
Payouts can move real funds in production. Add approval limits and audit logs appropriate to your risk model.
