HTTP 401

Confirm the header is exactly X-API-Key, the key has no hidden whitespace and it has not been revoked.

HTTP 403

Check the key's permissions, environment and IP allowlist. A valid sandbox key cannot access production resources.

HTTP 422

Read error.details, verify required fields and confirm amounts are integer cents rather than decimal strings or floating-point values.

HTTP 429

Reduce concurrency and polling, then retry with exponential backoff and jitter.

Webhook is not processed

Check HTTPS reachability, response time, raw-body signature validation and server logs. Return 200 only after the event is durably accepted.

Support checklist

Provide the timestamp, endpoint, HTTP status, request_id and related public id. Never send your API key.
